Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective Date: Mar 25, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how Luma Uni AI handles subscription cancellations, credit-related service failures, refunds, and payment disputes.

1. Credit Restorations for Failed Jobs

  • If a generation fails after credits have already been deducted, we may automatically restore or refund the affected credits to your account.
  • Automatic credit restoration is intended for technical failures, provider failures, or other unsuccessful jobs confirmed by our systems.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal or payment method provided at checkout.
  • Unless required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and we do not promise prorated refunds for unused time.
  • Subscription credits may reset or expire at renewal or when the subscription ends.

3. One-Time Credit Packs

  • One-time credit packs are normally considered delivered once the credits are added to your account.
  • Except where required by law, one-time credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery.
  • We may review accidental duplicate purchases, unauthorized charges, or clear billing errors on a case-by-case basis.

4. Chargebacks and Reversals

  • If a payment is reversed, refunded by the payment provider, or disputed through a chargeback, we may revoke related credits or suspend paid features while the matter is being reviewed.
  • We may deny future purchases or close accounts involved in abusive or fraudulent payment activity.

5. How to Request Help

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a failed paid generation, or need help with a billing dispute, email [email protected] and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The approximate charge date
  • The transaction or invoice identifier, if available
  • A short explanation of the issue

We review requests as quickly as reasonably possible, but submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.
